OUR PROCESS
The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation. If your doctor determines that an examination is needed and you would like to go ahead, an extensive Bio-Structural Examination will be performed and all the necessary data will be collected.
After the test results have been collected and analyzed, the doctor will interpret the results. If a CORE PROBLEM with the Spinal Column is uncovered, a customized corrective program will be presented for your review.

I can’t thank Dr. Toro enough for all the times he fixed me up. My midwife introduced me to him on my second trimester of pregnancy because I was suffering of terrible SI joint pain. Later in my pregnancy I also dealt with carpal tunnel (numbness in my hands) and he was the ONLY remedy to this. To this day I still swing by his office when I’m feeling a little out of it.

What a relief to finally find a great chiropractor for the whole family in the North part of Miami!! Miguel is very soft and gentle and accommodate his adjustment techniques depending on everyone’s personal preference. He is fantastic with babies (even a few hours old) and pregnant women which is telling about his gentle practices.

What types of problems can Life By Design Chiropractic help me with?

Is there a minimum age required to have a Bio-Structural Examination?
We get this question often! There is NO age limit. In fact, the majority of bio-structural problems begin early in life, even as soon as birth in some cases. Our Comprehensive Bio-Structural Examination can be performed at any age.
Much like taking good care of your child’s teeth, experts encourage all children have their spine and nervous system examined for core problems as soon as possible.
What if I'm pregnant?
Whether you are trying to conceive or are already pregnant, having a neuro-spinal system working the best it can creates the optimal environment for a healthy, comfortable pregnancy. Research reveals that women who receive regular chiropractic care carry and deliver with more comfort. Specifically, with regular chiropractic adjustments mothers decrease the need for analgesics by half during their delivery and experienced a 24% reduction in labor time.
How much will it cost?
To ensure you are in the correct place and we can help, the consultation is complimentary. If an examination is warranted and you would like to move ahead with the Comprehensive Bio-Structural Examination, the examination, analysis and review of your results is $120.
